Digitizing our HR Expertise
Our HCM is the evolutionary outcome of our journey in HR Consulting over the last ten years. We have used our deep HR knowledge and expertise to create a digital roadmap for organizations to overcome their people management challenges and transform their work culture. HR Neeti today helps organizations become future-ready by unleashing human potential with a people-first HCM.
Our humble beginnings date back to 2011 when we started under the banner of ‘HR Mantrana’ with an aim to provide HR Consulting centred around Organization Transformation. We took ownership to design and implement the changes with an eye on long-term sustainability.
Realizing a need for technology to help sustain our work, we began designing the tool internally, giving way to our new identity ‘HR Neeti’ in the year 2016. We started using our support tool with our existing and new clientele, receiving a distinguished response.
With a focus on Transformation, we relentlessly developed our system to include Payroll and Performance Management by the year 2018, making it a powerful and comprehensive system. We had now seamlessly implemented our system across industries and geographies receiving a thumping ratification from our clientele.
The journey to Transform Organizations led us to eventually create a robust and holistic HCM platform with tightly integrated modules to resolve Management, HR, IT, Accounts and Employee’s challenges alike. By Q4 2020 we pivoted our business model from being an HR Consulting firm to becoming a SaaS provider of an HCM system.
We will continue to work with our clients as HR Business partners, with a keen ear to help resolve their people management challenges. We envision our role as a facilitator to help make an impact to all stakeholders in the HR Value chain to help them succeed and move your organization up the HR Maturity Curve.
