Our Journey of Evolution

  • 2016

    The Idea Takes Root

    HR Neeti was conceived within HR Mantrana, our consulting firm known for designing strong HR Governance Frameworks. We identified a recurring challenge — sustaining transformation once consulting ended. The solution: build a cloud-native HCM platform that could embed governance and structure into everyday HR operations.

  • 2017

    From Concept to Application

    The first version of our application was launched as an on-demand support system for HR transformation clients. It quickly proved its value by enabling process discipline, performance tracking, and measurable outcomes — all guided by our governance principles.

  • 2018

    The Experiment Expands

    Driven by positive adoption, we evolved into a full-fledged HCMS centered on Performance Management as a way of life. Our mobile app for Android made HR processes accessible on the go, promoting engagement and continuity.

  • 2019–2020

    Strengthening Depth & Integration

    We enhanced the platform’s depth and comprehensiveness, adding modules for appraisals, increments, recruitment, leave, attendance, and analytics — transforming HR Neeti into a complete, governance-led HCMS for organizations of all sizes.

  • 2021–2022

    Post-COVID Transformation

    As organizations accelerated digital adoption, HR Neeti transitioned to a fully On-Cloud Application-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. We also withdrew from consulting to focus entirely on strengthening the platform’s scalability, security, and user experience.

    AI, Automation & Insights
